Sellwin Traders Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire over 51% equity in Dubai-based Global Market Insights IT Services LLC (GMIIT) for approximately Rs. 8.5 Cr. This strategic move diversifies Sellwin into high-tech IT services like AI, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity, targeting expansion in the Gulf region. Sellwin anticipates a Return on Investment of 7% or more from this venture. GMIIT recently reported strong financial results for Q1FY26, with a net profit of Rs. 3.14 Cr and revenue of Rs. 21.85 Cr. Sellwin has also approved raising funds via a warrant issue to support its expansion plans.
