Shri Jagdamba Polymers will hold its 41st Annual General Meeting on September 11, 2025, in Ahmedabad. The Board has proposed a dividend of Rs. 0.75 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Eligibility for both voting and the dividend will be determined by the record date of September 5, 2025. Remote e-voting will be open from September 8 to September 10, 2025, with an option for in-meeting voting as well.
