Standard Capital Markets' Board has approved the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, "Standard ARC Limited." This new entity will operate as an Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC), focusing on acquiring, restructuring, and resolving distressed assets. This move aims to establish a specialized platform for managing non-performing assets, enhance value creation, and strengthen the company's financial position through effective recovery. The subsidiary will have an authorized share capital of ₹0.1 Cr, fully funded in cash, and will commence operations after securing the necessary license from the Reserve Bank of India.
