Jayant Infratech has allotted 1,80,000 new equity shares to a non-promoter warrant holder, Hardik Dilip Parekh, at ₹113 per share. This allotment comes after the holder paid the remaining 75% of the warrant subscription price. The move expands the company's issued and paid-up equity share capital from ₹10.16 Cr to ₹10.34 Cr.
