RBS Board approved raising authorized share capital from ₹24 Cr to ₹27.50 Cr (pending shareholder nod). They also adopted the FY25 Annual Report and called the 17th AGM for Sep 23. Importantly, the earlier proposal to change the company name has been dropped.
