Star Housing Finance Ltd — Important, 21-08-2025: Company Update

Star Housing Finance has released its investor presentation for the latest quarter, detailing business and financial performance. The company's Assets Under Management (AUM) grew to Rs. 546.58 Cr, with disbursements of Rs. 24.41 Cr for the period. Asset quality remains stable with GNPA at 1.65% and NNPA at 1.13%. Profit Before Tax stood at Rs. 1.77 Cr. The board has approved raising up to Rs. 50 Cr via Non-Convertible Debentures and an increase in authorized share capital to Rs. 125 Cr. A final dividend of 10 paise per share has been proposed, subject to shareholder approval.
