Jindal Worldwide's Board approved a revision in its Statutory Auditors. M/s. R. Choudhary & Associates have been appointed for five financial years, from F.Y. 2025-2026 to F.Y. 2029-2030, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. This change supersedes the previous auditor appointment and aligns with the Company’s long-term business requirements. The Board also approved the draft notice for the 39th AGM, fixing a cut-off date for voting eligibility and a period for book closure in preparation for the meeting.
