Ambo Agritec's board recently convened, making several key governance decisions. The company appointed Mrs. Sneha Agarwal as Secretarial Auditor for five years and M/s. Komandoor & Co. LLP as Internal Auditor for FY2025-26, enhancing compliance and financial oversight.
