Ambo Agritec's board has announced significant changes to its governance structure. The company has appointed Mrs. Sneha Agarwal as the Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years and M/s. Komandoor & Co. LLP as the Internal Auditor for the current financial year, both based on Audit Committee input. There have been resignations from Mrs. Konika Poddar as Company Secretary and Mrs. Geetanjali Sabrewal Agarwal as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Concurrently, Mr. Mihir Kumar Dutta has been appointed as a new Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. The 31st Annual General Meeting will be convened virtually for shareholders.
