Vento Power is engaged in a 40 MW solar project in Odisha, selling power at ₹4.1/unit for approx. 18 years. This strategic acquisition aligns with EIEL's long-term vision to expand into the booming renewable energy sector and diversify into sustainable business segments. Vento Power reported a turnover of ₹16.50 Cr and a net worth of (₹79.18 Cr) as of March 2024. This move significantly boosts EIEL's presence in green energy.
