    UCL's Board met, appointing Nishesh Dalal & Co. as Internal Auditor and Kunal Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditor. Mrs. Harshaben Mehta was also appointed as an Independent Director, subject to shareholder nod. The 32nd AGM is scheduled for Sept 27, 2025.
