Harish Textile Engineers Ltd — Important, 21-08-2025: Company Update

Harish Textile Engineers has secured an extension for the redemption of its 7% Non-Convertible Debentures (Old Series-III). The Board approved extending the due date for 64,720 outstanding NCDs, each with a face value of Rs. 100, aggregating to Rs. 0.6472 Cr. Originally due on May 12, 2025, the new redemption date is October 07, 2025. This extension, mutually agreed with Axis Trustee Services Limited, follows the company receiving No-Objection Certificates from a majority of the debenture holders, providing the company with additional time to manage its debt obligations.
