Silicon Rental Solutions' board has approved key corporate governance matters. This includes the Directors' Report for FY25 and appointing a scrutinizer for the upcoming 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The board also proposed to shareholders the regularization of Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain as an Independent Director for five years.
