Hindustan Unilever's board approved Niranjan Gupta as CFO-Designate from Sept 1, 2025, and Executive Director, Finance & CFO from Nov 1, 2025 (subject to shareholder nod). He succeeds Ritesh Tiwari, who moves to a global M&A and Treasury role at Unilever PLC from Nov 1, 2025.
