Coromandel International's open offer for NACL Industries proceeds. Acquirer now controls 52.98% of NACL, becoming its promoter and making NACL a subsidiary. The Board has been re-constituted. Acquirer has deposited INR 401 Cr, completing funding for the INR 76.70/share offer. IDC has assessed the offer as fair.
