Hindustan Unilever Limited has announced a significant leadership transition in its finance team. Mr. Ritesh Tiwari, the current Executive Director, Finance & Chief Financial Officer, will transition to the role of Global Head of M&A and Treasury for Unilever PLC in London, effective October 31, 2025. Succeeding him, Mr. Niranjan Gupta has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer-Designate from September 1, 2025. He will then assume the role of Executive Director, Finance & Chief Financial Officer, and a Director on the Board from November 1, 2025, for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Gupta brings extensive financial and leadership experience from prior roles, including as CEO of Hero MotoCorp.
