ITCONS has allotted 30,000 fully paid-up equity shares to warrant holders, Ms. Sneha Bothra and Ms. Rosy Sethia, upon their exercise of conversion rights. The company received Rs. 0.16 Cr from this allotment, with shares issued at an exercise price of Rs. 71 each (Rs. 53.25 paid now). This increases the company's paid-up equity capital.
