Lakhotia Polyesters' board has set its 20th Annual General Meeting for Tuesday, September 23, 2025. For this, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Wednesday, September 17, 2025, to Tuesday, September 23, 2025. The board also approved the Director’s Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. Additionally, Mr. Rohit S. Kasat of M/s. Rohit S. Kasat & Associates was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for five years, from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
