R Systems International has acquired 100% equity in Novigo Solutions for an upfront cash consideration of INR 400 Cr. This strategic move creates a global digital product engineering powerhouse with combined proforma revenue of over INR 2,060 Cr and EBITDA of INR 380 Cr. Novigo strengthens R Systems' capabilities in Agentic AI, low-code/no-code, and intelligent automation, boosting its OptimaAI suite. The acquisition expands R Systems' market reach into the high-growth Middle East and enhances delivery presence in Bangalore and Mangalore. This deal is expected to be EPS accretive from year one.
