Indo Count's Q1 FY26 revenue grew 2% to INR 967 Cr, but PAT dropped to INR 38 Cr. EBITDA margin was 12.26%, impacted by incubation costs of new businesses and unfavorable product mix, though QoQ margin improved due to cost efficiency.

Management relaunched the Wamsutta brand D2C in USA and reclassified business into Core (bed linen) and New (utility bedding, USA brands). New businesses, contributing 13% of Q1 revenue, are key growth drivers, with utility bedding aiming for $175 million revenue over three years. Despite US tariff uncertainties affecting core business, the company remains committed to 2x growth, expanding non-US markets (30% of core) and investing in US manufacturing. Domestic business also shows promise.
