Centrum Capital is divesting its entire stake in Centrum Housing Finance (CHFL) to Weaver Services for ~Rs. 430 Cr. CHFL, with ~Rs. 1,640 Cr AUM, contributed 6.12% to consolidated turnover and 701.98% to net-worth in FY25. Completion is subject to approvals.
