Cool Caps Industries Limited — Others, 22-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Cool Caps Industries will hold its AGM to approve audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025. Shareholders will consider re-appointing Mrs. Poonam Goenka as a Non-Executive Director, and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Vyas and Mr. Mohit Dujari as Independent Directors for five-year terms. Mr. Rajeev Goenka's re-appointment as Chairman and Managing Director for five years is also proposed. Act Waste Tech, Purv Ecoplast, Purv Packaging) at minimum 9% annual interest for their business activities, noting director interests. Finally, approval is sought to secure borrowings up to ₹200 Cr against company assets.
