The agenda also includes approving a final dividend of ₹1.00 per equity share for the past fiscal year. Additionally, members will vote on the re-appointment of Mr. Sachin Kumar Bhartiya as a Director and the appointment of M/s S.K. Joshi & Associates and M/s V.
