ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India announced the results of its 21st Annual General Meeting. Shareholders approved all six ordinary resolutions with strong backing. These include the adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and a dividend declaration of Rs. 19 per share. Also passed were resolutions concerning the non-filling of a board vacancy, the appointment of Secretarial Auditors for five years, ratification of Rs. 0.06 Cr remuneration for Cost Auditors, and the appointment of Dr. Lars Orlik as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director.
