The company's Board has approved several key appointments for its audit and governance functions. M/s. AMS & Co. has been re-appointed as Internal Auditor for the current financial year. M/s. Jajodia & Associates will continue as Secretarial Auditor for the next five years, and M/s. Kirit Mehta & Co. as Cost Auditor for the current financial year. Additionally, M/s. D M K H & Co. has been appointed as the new Statutory Auditor for a five-year term. The Board also appointed Mr. Kishor Patel as an Additional Non-executive Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
