    Magson's board has approved the appointment of Internal & Secretarial Auditors, Mr. Amar Kayasatha as Senior Manager, and Mr. Sudhirkumar Shah as Independent Director. The board also greenlit an Employee Stock Option Scheme for 4.5 lakh options and the 7th AGM.
