Mr. Amar Jayendrakumar Kayasatha was designated Senior Managerial Personnel (Head of Operations), and Mr. Sudhirkumar Bhagwatilal Shah joined as an Independent Director for five years. The board also adopted the MRDL ESOS 2025, offering up to 4,50,000 employee stock options to align staff interests and drive growth.
