Shree Krishna Paper Mills & Industries Ltd — Important, 22-08-2025: Company Update

The company's Board of Directors has approved significant leadership changes. Mr. Narendra Kumar Pasari resigned as Managing Director but will continue as a Director (Promoter). Following the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's input, he was then appointed as Whole-time Director, designated "Executive Chairman" for three years. Concurrently, Mr. Naynesh Pasari's designation changed from Whole-time Director to Managing Director for his remaining term.
