Omansh Enterprises Ltd — Important, 22-08-2025: Company Update

Omansh Enterprises' Board approved major board and management changes. Four new Independent Directors were appointed, and following input from its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, several Additional/Whole-Time Executive Directors were also approved, pending shareholder consent. A name change is proposed, possibly to "Pipan Enterprises Limited" or "Pipan Oils Limited." The board approved borrowing up to ₹300 Cr for business operations and expansion, subject to shareholder approval, and plans a Wholly Owned Subsidiary in the UAE. New Statutory, Secretarial, and Internal Auditors were appointed based on Audit Committee input, and key board committees were reconstituted.
