NIIT Learning Systems Limited — Others, 22-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

NIIT Managed Training Services will conduct its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on September 24, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. The meeting will seek shareholder approval for a dividend of Rs. 3.00 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25, which the board had earlier proposed. Shareholders eligible for this dividend, if approved, will be those holding shares as of the record date, September 4, 2025. Payment for the approved dividend will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval, subject to applicable tax withholdings.
