Jash Engineering has announced its 51st Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. Shareholders will consider adopting the FY25 audited financial statements and approving a final dividend of Rs. 1.20 per share. The agenda also includes re-electing Mr. Axel Schutte as a Director, approving related party transactions up to Rs. 157.75 Crore, and appointing new Independent and Secretarial Auditors. Furthermore, proposals for raising borrowing and investment limits to Rs. 500 Crore will be put to vote, alongside the power to create charges on assets up to this amount. The meeting will also cover revising Managing Director Mr. Pratik Patel's remuneration, with a maximum basic salary of Rs. 0.18 Cr per month.
