Insolation Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated a new step-down subsidiary named MGPG Green Infra Private Limited. This new entity, with an authorized share capital of 0.01 Cr, will serve as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) specifically for developing, installing, and maintaining solar power plants. Insolation Green Energy will hold a 60% stake in MGPG Green Infra. This move is a strategic step to expand the company's footprint and operational capabilities within the solar energy sector, focusing on both large-scale and rooftop solar projects.
