DEN Networks successfully conducted its 18th Annual General Meeting via video conferencing. Shareholders approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. Key appointments were also passed, including the re-election of Mr. Sameer Manchanda and Mr. Saurabh Sancheti as directors. Additionally, the appointment of the Secretarial Auditor and the ratification of the Cost Auditors' remuneration for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, were approved.
