    GMR Power & Urban Infra's board greenlit a plan to raise up to ₹3,000 Cr via various securities. The board also endorsed the re-appointment of Independent Directors Mr. Shantanu Ghosh, Dr. Fareed Ahmed, and Ms. Suman Naresh Sabnani for a second five-year term. Both proposals need shareholder approval.
