NCLT approved Shankara Building Products' demerger of its trading business into Shankara Buildpro, effective April 1, 2024. Shareholders get one Shankara Buildpro share for each Shankara share. Significant statutory dues of 13.48 Cr and 21.33 Cr are settled. This aims to unlock value for investors.
