Mr. Ajay Sinha joins as Deputy Managing Director for five years, bringing over three decades of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, including leadership roles at GAIL Gas and PNGRB. Mr. Pankaj Kuchhal is appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for three years, with extensive experience spanning 38 years in the downstream Oil & Gas sector and prior executive leadership at IHB Limited. These strategic additions are expected to strengthen the company's leadership and expertise in the energy sector, subject to shareholder approval.
