**SABTNL Divests Subsidiary!**

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd (SABTNL) has completed the sale of its entire 35.68% stake in Westwind Realtors Private Limited (WRPL) to Sri Adhikari Brothers Assets Holding Private Limited (a related party) for a total consideration of Rs. 18.20 Cr.

**Impact:** WRPL is no longer a subsidiary of SABTNL. This divestment has minimal operational impact, as WRPL contributed NIL to SABTNL's turnover or net worth in the last financial year. The company receives cash infusion from the sale.
