Brigade Enterprises announced Mr. Jayant B Manmadkar has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel due to personal reasons, specifically a family health matter necessitating a move to Mumbai. He will be relieved on 9th October. The Board has designated Mr. Pradyumna Krishna Kumar, Executive Director, as the Interim CFO and KMP, effective 10th October, until a new CFO is appointed. This decision followed a review by the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Kumar brings over 16 years of experience in investor relations and land acquisitions and has been associated with the Brigade Group since 2009.
