Kingfa's Board approved issuing up to 14.4 lakh shares at ₹3,470 each, raising nearly ₹500 Cr via a preferential issue to institutional investors. An EGM on September 17 will seek shareholder approval for this capital raise. The 41st AGM is set for September 29. The company also re-appointed its Cost Auditor.
