Gokul Refoils & Solvent Limited shareholders have approved all eight resolutions at the 32nd Annual General Meeting. This includes adopting the FY25 audited financial statements and re-appointing/appointing several key directors. Mr. Dharmendrasinh Rajput was re-appointed, Mr. Arjunsinh Rajput's directorship was regularized, and Mr. Shaunak Mandalia was appointed as Executive Director, CEO, and KMP. Mrs. Chetna Rahul Vyas and Mr. Pankaj Kumar were appointed as Independent Directors.
