PFC's subsidiary, PFCCL, incorporated SR AND ER POWER TRANSMISSION LIMITED as a wholly owned SPV. This SPV will conduct preparatory work for the "Inter-Regional Strengthening between SR Grid and ER Grid" transmission project, then be transferred to the selected bidder. This signals continued project facilitation by PFC.
