Aristo Bio-Tech And Lifescience Limited — Others, 22-08-2025: Addendum

Aristo Bio-Tech and Lifescience has issued an addendum to its 20th Annual General Meeting notice. Shareholders will vote on revising the remuneration for key directors, effective September 1, 2025. Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Narendra Singh Barhat, is proposed to receive up to ₹0.75 Cr annually, up from ₹0.48 Cr. Executive Director, Mrs. Kusum Narendra Singh Barhat, and Whole Time Director, Mr. Ketankumar Harkantbhai Joshi, are proposed to receive up to ₹0.60 Cr annually each, from ₹0.27 Cr. This proposal acknowledges their contributions to the company's growth, which saw revenue from operations at ₹318.09 Cr and profit after tax at ₹4.06 Cr in FY25.
