Suprajit Engineering Limited — Others, 22-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Suprajit Engineering has announced an Annual General Meeting on September 13, 2025, to be held virtually. Shareholders will consider adopting the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, and re-appointing Mrs. Supriya Rai as a Director. The meeting will also confirm the interim dividend of ₹1.25 and declare a final dividend of ₹1.75 per share for FY25. Additionally, members will ratify the remuneration for cost auditors (₹0.02 Cr) and secretarial auditors (₹0.035 Cr for initial years), and approve the remuneration ceiling of ₹0.60 Cr annually for Mr. Aashish Rai, a relative of key management, as Head of Data Science.
