Everest Kanto Cylinder Limited — Others, 22-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Everest Kanto Cylinder Limited held its 46th Annual General Meeting where members approved key resolutions. Shareholders adopted the audited financial statements (standalone and consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2025. A final dividend of 0.70 per equity share (face value of 2/- each) for FY25 was declared. Members also approved the reappointment of Mr. Puneet Khurana and Mr. Pushkar Khurana as Whole-time Directors, and the appointment of Mr. Sanjiv Kapur as a Whole-time Director. The appointment of Practicing Company Secretaries and ratification of Cost Auditor remuneration were also approved.
