BARFLEX POLYFILMS shareholders at its 20th Annual General Meeting approved significant governance changes. Mrs. Nomita Bery was re-appointed as a Director. M/s PARV AND Co. were appointed as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year tenure, succeeding M/s KRA & Co. M/s GNK & ASSOCIATES were also appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years. Additionally, the appointments of Mr. Ravi Jitendra Modi and Mr. Sobhit Sanjivkumar Agarwal were regularized as Independent Directors, enhancing board independence.
