Yashraj Containeurs Ltd — Important, 23-08-2025: Company Update

Yashraj Containeurs, currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, has filed its Annual Report for FY2024-25 and announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting. At the AGM on September 15, shareholders will consider the audited financial results for FY25, which show a loss after tax of (24.18) Cr, significantly wider than the (5.85) Cr loss in FY24, on revenue of 0.35 Cr. The re-appointment of Mrs. Madhu Nitin Kanadia as an Independent Director will also be considered. The meeting will be held via Video Conferencing.
