Sellwin Traders announced two strategic MOUs for global expansion. The company will invest up to Rs. 52 crore in Shivam Contracting Inc., USA, acquiring a 60% stake, targeting US infrastructure with a guaranteed 7% annual return and fund repatriation. Separately, Sellwin plans to acquire over 51% of Dubai's Global Market Insights IT Services for USD 1 million, expanding into Gulf IT services. This follows strong Q1FY26 results, with net profit rising 350% to Rs. 3.14 crore from Rs. 0.70 crore previously, and revenue up 31% to Rs. 21.85 crore. The company also approved raising funds via 4.75 crore warrants to support growth.
