Kamdhenu Limited has announced that 14,97,200 warrants previously allotted to various investors have lapsed. These warrants were not converted into equity shares within the required 18-month period by the allottees. As a result, the company has forfeited the upfront payment of ₹13.21 crore, which represents 25% of the initial issue price received. This means the company retains these funds, and the potential equity dilution that would have occurred from the conversion of these specific warrants will now not take place, benefiting existing shareholders.
