Multibase India has launched a 100-day "Saksham Niveshak" campaign, active until November 6, 2025. This initiative aims to assist shareholders in claiming their unpaid dividends or shares before they are transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). It also encourages updating KYC, contact, bank details, and nominations. Shareholders with physical shares should contact the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) with necessary forms, while those with dematerialized shares should update their details through their depository participants. This ensures shareholders can maintain control over their investments and prevent asset loss.
