B.R.Goyal Infrastructure has submitted its Annual Report for FY25 and announced its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 15. Consolidated revenue for FY25 stood at Rs 515.09 Cr, with profit after tax (PAT) at Rs 25.27 Cr. Despite a revenue dip, EBITDA increased by 26.91% to Rs 41.19 Cr, and PAT grew by 15.46%. EPS improved to Rs 13.41. The order book surged to Rs 1,302 Cr. The company also completed a 1:1 bonus issue, a preferential share issue, and an IPO. The board noted compliance delays from the Secretarial Auditor and is seeking shareholder approval for new Statutory and Secretarial Auditors. No dividend was declared.
